Switch User
With the CA Cloud Desk customer dashboard, you can switch between different users among family members or co-accounts in one firm.
To Switch users:
Click on Switch user in the left panel of customer dashboard and select Switch User option
For example, you have two accounts, Eco-tech Solutions and Innovative India Technologies, you can simply switch users by clicking on The account.
When you click on a different user, the dashboard and all the details will change accordingly.
In this way, you can manage multiple accounts easily from one dashboard without any hassle. All your business information will remain secure distinct and yet easily accessible.
