🧩 What is CA Cloud Desk?
CA Cloud Desk is a Practice Management Software (PMS) built specifically for Chartered Accountant firms. It helps manage employees, clients, tasks, documents, billing, and communication in one unified system.
Whether you’re at the office or on the move, CA Cloud Desk ensures you can manage your work seamlessly through its web platform and mobile apps (Android & iOS).
📧 Getting Your Login Credentials
Once you’ve completed your onboarding formalities, your HR/Admin will create your account on CA Cloud Desk.
You’ll receive a welcome email on your registered email ID containing:

Your login email ID

A temporary password
If you do not receive this email:

Contact your HR/Admin

Or click on “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it yourself
💻 How to Log In on Web
To access CA Cloud Desk from your browser:

Go to 👉 www.caclouddesk.com

Click on Login and select Partner Login

Enter your email ID and password
-
Click Login
You’re now ready to start using the platform. Make sure to change your password after the first login.
📱 How to Log In on Mobile
To use the mobile version of CA Cloud Desk:
Step 1: Download the App

Go to the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)

Search: CA Cloud Desk – PMS

Download and install the app
Step 2: Login

Open the app

Enter the same email ID and password you received

Tap Login
🔒 Don’t forget to change your password after logging in for the first time.
