If you have multiple branches in your CA firm, it is important to create invoice templates for each branch. CA cloud desk offers multiple invoice template, with customization features in which you can add your firm details, Logo, Signature and AR code.

To Locate Branch Settings:

To view branch settings, click on the profile icon, on the top right corner and from the drop-down select the Settings Tab. 

In the settings Section, Navigate to the View Branch option, Here you add new branch for your firm by clicking the +Add Branch option.

  • Here you can upload your Signature, Logo, and AR codes which will be reflected on your invoices.

To Add Branch Add:
Name: Add Name of Branch
GST no: GST No. of Branch
Mobile Number
Email
Permanent Address
State, City and PAN NO.

CA Cloud Desk offers 3 different templates for Invoices. You can Click on Print Preview to see the Preview of invoices.

Add Terms and Conditions of your firm, for example, some Terms and conditions regarding payment options or advance payments etc.

Click Save
