Everytime it is not feasible possible to send emails to your customers just for small updates or for issues which might require immediate attention. This is where the SMS/WhatsApp option helps the employees.

You can easily send SMS/WhatsApp updates to your customers using our dashboard.

How to send SMS Messages

To send SMS/ WhatsApp messages to your clients, you can follow the below process

In your partner Dashboard, click on the Communications tab, and in the drop-down select Send SMS/WhatsApp option.
You will be redirected to the below screen.

Customer: Identify the customer you want to send the SMS to, and select the desired customer’s name (You can select one or more recipients)

  • If the customer is not present, and you wish to add a new customer click on Add New Customer

SMS Template: These templates can save you time by providing pre-written DLT-approved SMS template messages for common scenarios. Select the best-suited SMS template for example Balance, GST etc.

As per the selected Template, the variable values will be shown, and by filling the details, your SMS will be generated.

As you type, a dedicated live preview panel is available on the side panel of the screen. This panel will dynamically update and show you a preview of the final SMS content.

Once the SMS is created select Send SMS option, and the SMS will be sent to all your selected recipients.

How to send WhatsApp Messages

To send messages using WhatsApp, select the Send WhatsApp option and you will be redirected to your WhatsApp web directly from the dashboard and you can easily send WhatsApp messages to your customers
