Onboard employees with basic details, employment info, permissions, documents, and auto-generated login credentials.
GuideAdd Clients
Create client masters used across tasks, billing, documents, and client portal.
GuideAdd Task Template
Prepare reusable task templates to standardize client work and assignments.
GuideAdd Branches
Configure office branches: Dashboard → Profile → Branch Data → Add Branch (Basic Details, Billing, Payment, Social Media, Support).
GuideAdd SMTP
Set up outgoing email (SMTP) so that notifications and documents can be sent. Gmail, Yahoo, Rediff, Outlook.
GuideAdd Holidays
Maintain the holiday calendar: Dashboard → Profile → HRMS → HRMS Setting → Holiday. Add from template, single holiday, or bulk.
GuideAdd Shift
Dashboard → Profile → HRMS → HRMS Setting → Shift. Click + for Add from template or Add shift.
GuideAdd Leaves
Dashboard → Profile → HRMS → HRMS Setting → Leave. Click + for Add from template or Add leave.
GuideAllocate Leaves to Employee
Part A (Manually): HRMS Setting → Leave Quota → add leave type, branch, designation, annual count. Part B (Bulk): HRMS Leave → Leave Credit/Debit → upload Excel via + beside Remarks.
GuideAdd Pay Details
Part A: Profile → Payroll → Account setting → Pay details (manual). Part B: Import utility → HRMS → upload pay details Excel.
GuideAdd Client Documents
Document Vault → Customer Document → select customer, upload documents or create folders, set client access (Yes/No).
